“The staff were very friendly. Our booked hot air balloon ride was canceled unfortunately, but the staff helped us find another available balloon flight, allowing us to proceed as planned. Additionally, due to the delay in the hot air balloon schedule, we missed out on the hotel breakfast, but the staff prepared sandwiches for us. Every corner of the hotel has great spots for photos, and at checkout, they even gave us a souvenir. Highly recommend this hotel!”

“我们选它就是想在情人山上看热气球升空。这里距离情人山走路只需10分钟。我们5点3刻出发，正好看到热气球点火升空和降落的全过程。上情人山收费不菲，我们7点多下山时，看到还有不少游客往那儿去，有点太晚了。
这个旅馆是带早餐的，但我们第二天早餐前就要离开，和他们一说，居然马上打电话叫厨房为我们两位做了一顿午餐，算是补第二天的早餐，值得点赞。”

“Beautiful and well located hotel. Great breakfast. In the upper corner of the city, thus quieter. Great pool. Staff very helpful, and supported booking all the attractions, including balloon rides, tours and transports from and to airport. Make sure to ask receipts for your individual transactions, since different companies are involved. Manager Malik, a highly traveled and experienced professional, was amazing. The hotel puppies were the cherry on the top! Highly recommend it ”

“The hosiptality was amazing! We had a very warm welcome by staff Rose, she is SUPERB! Gave us very good advise of where was the best spots for chasing hot air-ballnoon and gave us good tips of taking photos in secret places as well.

“ホテルスタッフの方はとても親切な対応をしてくれて、最高の滞在が出来ました。具体的には、朝早く着いた際の朝食サービスやアーリーチェックイン、荷物預り、ウェルカムドリンク、早朝にテラスから気球を見てる際にもコーヒーを持ってきてくれたり、嬉しいサービスをたくさんしていただきました。
また、カッパドキアの眺望に関してもおそらく最高レベルと思います。気球を望む手前に遮るものはなく、街並みと奇岩群と気球を一緒に撮ることも出来ました。（ホテルは少し坂を登る必要があります。）
また訪れた際はリピートしたいと思います。”

"I stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed it! Maybe it’s low season for tourists, they upgraded my room and it’s even more spacious than the one I booked.
The jacuzzi and fireplace in the room were in use as it was freezing outside. There’s a little garden in front of the room that you can overlook the whole town. The staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good too! "
