“Nice property. Great staff”

“This was the worst experience of my 5-day trip to Miami, and it was one of the most terrifying nights of my trip. The room was way too dark, even with all the lights on, it still felt dim. At 5 am, I was woken up by a loud, repetitive noise. It sounded like someone was using a key card to tap on a table or wall every 15 seconds. I wasn’t sure if it was done on purpose or not, but it scared me because the sound was so loud. I immediately called the front desk and told them that it sounded like……

“Clean and spacious rooms.. very spacious i will say, more than expected. Easy access to the beach. The only thing is that they don’t allow for you to take your cooler to tje beach while you are on their area. They give you chairs and umbrella free at the beach but you can’t take your drinks ”

“The hotel was very modern with a comfortable bed. Valet was good with one exception- they coded the parking wrong and it took them a while to find the car one of the nights that we stayed. You also have to request room service to clean your room by 10a which wasn’t disclosed to us during check in. Other than that, the hotel was really nice and updated! Nice shower and fridge in the rooms also. The beach is really close, only one street away from the hotel!”
