“WOW!!!!! This was hands down our favorite hotel experience and cannot wait to get back! Everything was clean and Tony at the front desk was extremely patient and answered all of our questions as this was our first time staying at the resort. Everyone was amazing on the team but Tony went above and beyond and exemplified customer service at its best. He should be promoted to manager of the establishment! “Picked this hotel because it was new, but room very small and almost impossible to open our suitcases. Cushion on wall at one suitcase place fell off wall because screws were only going into drywall. On paper this hotel could check all the boxes, but it seemed a non-human designed it. Maybe done by "AI".”

“My wife and I have been to the Plunge a few years ago and I must report that the service has gone down dramatically. The staff at the beach bar needs to be trained better in customer service skills, and their attitude towards the customer needs a drastic improvement. If you want to be waited on and receive food in a timely manner do not sit at any of the tables that surround the bar, because all of the servers avoid you as if you were a bother to them.
