“We had a lovely stay at Kena beach hotel for 13 nights. Rooms was very spacious. Beds were comfortable and equipped with moskito net. Every evening the rooms are sprayed with bug spray. Little terasse outside with a rack to dry swimwear or other small things. All staff was super friendly and nice. Pool is covered with roof so it was not getting too hot, the sea was always very warm. There is also sun loungers and sofas both in sun and shade. We decided to take all-inclusive, which was fine, but……

“Relaxing holiday. All staff smiling, very friendly and service minded. Excellent team. The food was excellent, perhaps a bit expensive, but very tasty and beautifully served. Special thanks to the waiter Daniel who was really making a difference. We tried yoga and the yoga instructor Anna was really good, Stayed in the ocean view bungalow. The only thing which I recommend is a new madras as it was a bit used. ”

“We had the best stay ever! And we have been to a number of other resorts during a few longer periods of both work & holiday in Zanzibar. SeVi is definetly the Number One place we have visited. (Also of other places in world!) The atmosphere, the bungalows - and the surroundings both by the pool and restaurant. Stunning!! So nice, clean and quiet. And - the wonderfull people in the staff! The hospitality and service is excellent. The beach is cleaned for seeweed in the mornings just for us to……

“I am a solo female traveller. Zanzibar House is an excellent property in so many ways. The staff are friendly and helpful. The grounds are a delight to be in, with lots of comfortable places to sit and read or contemplate the beauty of the area. I did not use the pool and I am sure it would be lovely. At night time I had an evening meal which was tasty and they accommodated my dietary requirements very well. I am gluten intolerant. I recommend this hotel if you like quiet and beauty filled……

“Uten tvil den flotteste plassen vi har vært på. Rommet gav følelsen av å bo på safari, stilrent og god komfort Området rundt var frodig og flott. Stranden var hvit og ble avgrenset fra resten av hotellene ved høyvann, slik at det gav en følelse av at vi var alene. Veldig hyggelige ansatte, lokalbefolkning og masaier.”

“Great place. Great villa with feeling of confort and privacy and with feets on the wonderfull beach (garden on the beach with private entry) ! Nice private pool with very clean water. We had the villa for the four of us only but you can easily come with 2 famillies. 4 large bed rooms with 9 beds and likely possible to add couple of beds more. Large living room. Private garden and large terrase with pool. ”

“Bra läge vid stranden men anläggningen behöver lite kärlek och omtanke för att verkligen vara värd pengarna. Personalen gjorde allt med ett leende och allt genomfördes som på de flesta ställen i Zanzibartempo. Pole pole bör vara ditt mindset för att inte bli besviken. Frukosten var engelsk frukost och höll standardnivå. Tyvärr verkade det ofta bli lite rörigt för köket då ordningen som beställningar gjordes i inte var den ordning som maten kom ut i. Standarden motsvarar tre stjärnor och vill……
