“I booked a king bed room but it gave me a double bedroom. And tell me to call hotels.com to refund by myself. so terrible experience.”

“Hotel is next to a construction site, seems two more years to completed. The housekeeper miss the used thong that’s was there first day I arrive in the wardrobe for 5 days. ”

“I would give this 7 out of 10. It is great value for the location—there is a beautiful beach park a short walk away. It is an old building with no amenities, but it would still be a 10 except for there are only two parking spaces for at least 8 rooms and you have no control over the temperature in the room. ”

“酒店没有热水，床单没有更换，房间非常小，前台是和其他酒店合办的，晚上去前台要求更换床单，被告知清洁人员已经下班，只给了一套床单自己回去换，住了一晚直到第二天中午都没有热水洗澡，想要退房，前台不予理睬，也不退预定酒店的房费”

“Great place to stay near Miami Beach. Able to leave luggage when arriving early and after check out. Lovely staff - very friendly and accommodating. The resident cats are cute but do not interfere with the stay. Local bars and restaurants are great. Thank you ”

“Good location walkable to most everything. Well stocked kitchen and super roomy living area. Shower had some issues, low water pressure & shower curtain not long enough to prevent drips. Needed access to more towels to keep floor dry. A TV in the bedroom would be an excellent upgrade. ”

“我定这个hotel纯粹是因为有洗衣机，但需要在楼下小卖部自购洗衣液。可以免费借用沙滩巾，另外，凭酒店voucher可以在马路对面的沙滩免费使用2把沙滩椅和1把遮阳伞。酒店附近的河边就有迈阿密沙滩区的免费trolley可以乘坐，前往南海滩应乘坐Middle Beach Loop。”

“OK it is old, but it's clean and the best location to enjoy the beach. Don't expect much service there. That's the last of this kind, so I encourage you to book there. The beach is awesome!”
