“The young lady that checked us in was a delight, very personable and helpful. Breakfast was very fresh and served in a lovely nook off of the lobby. My only negative critique was maybe the carpet could have been a little fresher, but that could have just been my own pickiness but overall very nice experience, thank you”

“We had an excellent stay at AC hotel in sawgrass mills. Rooms are clean and spacious, we stayed in the king size room which was very comfy. Staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. Only thing I would suggest is more disposable bins in the hotel and around the premises. Overall it was 10/10 ”

Best of all the front desk staff Federico & another young lady who's name I didn't get were super cool when my first room's a/c didn't work. And on a Friday night...pretty great compassionate looking out for just some random guy.”
