“The hotel has not maintained their room upholstery and furniture . I asked to change rooms when I saw my setee was visibly stained and the tv cabinet had a white residue on it . I was given a second room that had not setee . Furniture in both was extremely worn , banged up . ”

“Overall it’s a clean and convenient place to live. I like the room, but I don’t like for breakfast, there’s no microwave provided since I need to warm the milk. Please consider diverse needs of the customers. ”

“The staff was extremely polite and friendly, even when we arrived an hour before check in but couldn’t check in yet. The lady who had to tell us our rooms were not ready was so kind about it. It was a very fast check in and check out process. I would definitely stay here again. ”

“Hotel staff were all very friendly. However, the 1st night of our stay, there was a situation with someone car horn going off constantly all night. Many of us did not feel like staff did really anything to try to find out who's vehicle it was to stop it. We knew which car it was coming from, but noone was in it. Maybe from here on out, keep peoples vehicles/plate numbers on file. ”

“Nice experience. There is a sign in the parking lot to make sure your car is clear of any valuables… I'm assuming there's a reason for that. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful when needed. Location is easy to find for someone who is traveling from out of town. After checkout, I kept getting notifications from the hotel chain under the wrong first and last name, though. So that was a bit concerning/strange. I hope Nikki also enjoyed her visit. ”

“The room was spacious & clean. Beds were extremely comfortable! Towels were very thick and fluffy! Breakfast plentiful and delicious! The clerk at check-in, Carol, was very friendly and helpful! Overall, extremely pleased and would definitely stay there again!”

“Stayed in a premium 2 bed Queen Suite for 5 people. It was clean, beds very comfy and an overall nice room. Plenty of space for 5 adult women. Only complaint is the temp of the room seemed to fluctuate a lot.”
