“We found BIG cockroach twice in our room! It was VERY traumatic. The pool close to early (9:30.pm)”

“I didn't like they didn't have a microwave other than that it was a nice stay the free coffee could have been better it left a lot to be desired but other than that I really can't complain”

“Exterior construction was super loud and constant even on Saturday when they said it wouldn't be going on. The rooms were great and the staff were friendly with the exception of the evening reception staff. They were annoyed by the guests and it showed. If you offer a free evening reception as value added to your guests, it should be done with a smile and hospitality. Not a harsh “NO Salt” when you ask for a margarita with salt. I worked for Hilton and Omni hotels for years and this reception……

“I think the property and amenities were worth the cost of the stay. It’s a beautiful hotel. The front desk staff and the restaurant employees were very kind. I would advise to read the description of the available amenities and for the parking situation. Definitely plan ahead.”
