“Nice”

“The property itself was great! Clean, comfortable, nice and helpful staff! Decent breakfast too. The parking garage is across the street, there are no carts to haul your luggage through a parking garage, down an alley across the street to check in on the 2nd floor of the Hotel. Quite inconvenient and sooo many sketchy, drugged out weirdos in that area. It’s sad to see Colorado Springs go downhill. ”

“The rooms were super clean and smelled good. Amenities as expected. The young lady at the front desk was extremely nice, helpful and made check in a breeze! Loved her great customer service! It was convenient having walkable gas station and food places in the area. Also the fact that the entire hotel is 100% smoke free was a huge plus for us! I definitely recommend this place and it was a great deal on the nightly rate.”
