“I love the strip it’s on. Plenty of things to do even if it’s just relaxing at the beach. Would definitely recommend! Newly renovated rooms and soon to be completed roof top pool makes it a place I can return yearly.”

“Hotel clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Only criticism is the bathtub. The bottom is narrow and slick. The grab bar is not well located. I consider the tub when used as a shower to be dangerous. It should have a mat on the bottom for better traction.”

“No restaurant - was closed for renovations. Renovations on parts of hotel. Waterfall in pool wasn’t working/on, pool looked dirty and grimy. No fan or opening window in bathroom.”

“This is the most terrible experience. We wait for front desk staff for almost 2 hours to check in on christmas. We were very tired at that time and had to stay at front desk. It's a horrible disaster. I'll never come here again.”

“There were not many workers . Waited a long time for food . One person was working the whole food area . They ran out of salad stuff . The next morning , they ran out of coffee at their Starbucks . ”

“The hotel property is quite lovely especially the Palm tree murals, may I buy these? Wowee! The front desk staff is elequent, however the bartender/ waitress was very upsetting she did not come for my dinner order. I felt it was because I was alone. Very hurtful also because I did not receive my $20 for dining. The parking charge with hotel charge is a a better idea. Guests expect to pay for dining so I delete that charge. My room, as well as the view was beautiful because I love the……

“Nicest hotel I've stayed at! We found ourselves two nights getting takeout just so we could enjoy the p floor (13th floor access to all- pool, 360 views, perf sunset location) and really enjoyed the gym! highly recommend and WILL be back ”
