“Our room was comfortable and very quiet (except for a noisy guest in the hallway at midnight). The breakfast buffet was good and the location of the hotel is super convenient to the 28th Street Mall and locations around there. There is also a bike path next to the hotel which you can take in different directions for several miles. ”

“Everything was great, except for the toilet in my room, which took 5 minutes to stop refilling the water tank. The noise was disturbing. The front desk staff verified the issue around 2:00 am but couldn’t fix it, and no room change was available. I had to use the toilet three more times that early morning, which was particularly troublesome at night. Additionally, the coffee machine dispensed hairs when I tried to get hot water, making me concerned about using it for coffee. I reported these……

“I loved the bed and pillows. Very comfortable and fluffy. Easy parking. Safe area. Only thing was that the cleaning lady knocked on our door at 9:30 and woke us up even though check out is at 11. They should double check with the front desk if the room had checked out already. Other than that, place was very nice and clean. Would stay again. ”
