“Staff was pleasant and friendly. Any requested service was followed up on promptly. Its a bit annoying that you are being pushed and talked to over and over again about getting the "welcome packet " in exchange to sitting through the time share sales pitch. We had to decline it numerous times. I understand that this is a big part of the business, but once one says they're nit interested, that should be the end of it. Other than that, it was a very relaxing and pleasant stay. Thank you. ”

“There should a person to monitor near the pools esp the lazy pool.I saw 2 women scratching their legs and sitting in the hot pool I couldn't get into it after seeing it and also asked my family to come out..”
