“Problem with AC first night, engineering looked at it upon arrival promised temp of room was due to West facing room, after dinner around 9:30 pm returned to warm room, again calling front desk, promised engineering would come check again...... fell asleep waiting, no engineering Asked to be moved when leaving for breakfast, returned no rooms available until early afternoon....return NO room promised availability when we returned from dinner.... 10:15 pm got cool room, east facing……

“Such a great place to stay. The staff was top notch. So friendly and willing to help out as needed. Always a smiling face as we were coming and going. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. We unfortunately didn’t get a chance to use the pool but we did have a fantastic burger in the restaurant. This is our go to hotel going forward. ”

“The hotel itself is lovely, very tasteful classic New Orleans decor mixed with modern art, furnishings , and several great choices for meals and/or drinks. There is live entertainment on Thursday nights, and the staff from the front door and throughout are attentive and pleasant. There is a Happy Hour each day with freed drinks and snacks, and the staff working it, as well as the front desk and doormen are great tour guides and very prompt retrieving your car, etc. Rooms are well appointed and……
