“Here's the translation: "First time visiting New Orleans, full of excitement. However, upon checking into this hotel, the rooms were extremely old, the lighting was uncomfortable, giving the feeling of being in an operating room. The photos looked great, but the reality was vastly different, with worn-out sofas. Very disappointed. This hotel doesn't even come close to a 4-star standard, and staying here was very unpleasant. Eventually left a day early and switched to another hotel.”

“The hotel was very very nice, room was large and comfortable. Bathroom was large, with large clean updated shower and mirrors and vanities. The room was quiet and neat. Valet parking was very prompt and organized. I wish there was a closer self parking option but valet was efficient. 15 min walk from bourbon street. Would definitely stay again. ”

“The staff from the front desk to the bellmen to the housekeeping team were friendly and consistently went above and beyond this was my 4th stay at thr Omni and i look forward to coming back again! A HUGE THANK YOU to Smiley who went above and beyond and upgraded our room to a balcony room which made our trip extra special and 5 stars and 2 Big thumbs up.
