“The apartment itself was great. Clean, spacious, just what we were looking for as a group of 7. However, communication was terrible with the management company. I feel it would be much more convenient if they used text messaging to communicate door codes and other important info. All they had was a number to call and a girl on the other end that was clueless. I felt bad for her because I called her so many times and her answer was always “let me ask my supervisor”. For beginners, the directions……

“It was a unique place with lots of rooms for a large group. It is decorated super cute and the beds were comfortable. It was close enough to downtown for us and wasn’t overly expensive to Uber. It wasn’t cleaned very well when we arrived. There was hair in one of the beds. There wasn’t many towels to go around, so you either need to bring your own our do laundry. ”

“Amazing house, highly recommend staying with kids and pets. The bunkbeds are an instant hit with the kids. Be careful with the cabinet between the bunkbeds, it is tethered to the wall but the lamp is not and has taken some abuse. Thankfully we noticed before and took it down before it crashed down on a kids head. The communication was top nitch and super easy check-in and out. Great experience, and would definitely stay again! ”

“Long glass front door needs a shade, ceiling fans dirty. Needs more lighting in downstairs bathroom. Refrigerator the stainless outside needs a good cleaning. Numbers missing on the back garage did not know if it was the correct one.”
