“A casa é novinha e linda, mas o condomínio ainda não tinha portaria e nos sentimos muito expostos. As garagens não são numeradas, então normalmente a vaga em frente à casa estava ocupada. A água quente é limitada e, se estiverem em muitas pessoas, o que é de se esperar já que a casa tem 6 quartos, os últimos a utilizarem o chuveiro tomarão banho frio.”

“The property was just as described. Our family really enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious, and clean. We had family staying on Disney property, different locations, the drive around to their locations as well as to the parks was easy and quick. Gave the check in process 4 stars because the there was an access code needed to for gate that was not given. The guard manning the gate did let us in the first evening but told us we would need to get it for the next day. After reaching out……

“Had a great week. Only complaint was lack of garbage bags, dish soap, laundry soap and dishwasher detergent. Having a couple extra of each would have been nice as it was expensive to buy extras that we didn’t use most of. ”

“We had a great stay. We evacuated from hurricane Milton and needed somewhere to go for our family of six. The property manager was very quick to respond and went above and beyond to help us with our stay. Definitely a thousand stars for their personable service. The home was an older home and actually reminded us of a hope we used to live in not too long ago, which made it nostalgic. It was a great stay. ”

“Property was in quiet, clean and new neighborhood. Pool was just a quick couple minute drive. Restaurants, groceries, gas and interstate were easy access. My only complaint was three bathrooms and only 3 rolls of toilet paper? This may have been an oversight. I would definitely stay again. Also great communication and easy texting with any questions. ”

“I do not recommend NOVA. All foreigners when you call in…nice but hard to understand Kitchen has bare minimum. 1 roll of paper towels and TP. 2 dishwasher pods. Had to buy more for 12 day stay. All rules and regulations are not put in Expedia rules guide when booking Pool was not heated even though I paid 385.00, 2 weeks in advance. I had to text a message vs a call to try to resolve. They claimed that the pool was heated but it was not and so you pay for heat but they don’t actually heat……

“We loved our stay. The house was beautiful , pool was great. Definitely recommend getting the pool heat. The weather was nice, some rain and sun. Quiet neighborhood, close to so many places. We visited Disney springs , epperson lagoon, and animal kingdom. Great neighborhood, tons of towels and laundry room. Rooms were big and spacious. Weird set up with waking in to the dining room.
