“The rooms were clean and beautiful. It looked like the hotel had been newly remodeled in a very beautiful manner,. Not all the amenities were complete, but the staff was so accommodating it made up for the lack of some of the amenities. Most of the time you’re gone from the hotel so you wouldn’t use them anyway. “Here's the translation: "First time visiting New Orleans, full of excitement. However, upon checking into this hotel, the rooms were extremely old, the lighting was uncomfortable, giving the feeling of being in an operating room. The photos looked great, but the reality was vastly different, with worn-out sofas. Very disappointed. This hotel doesn't even come close to a 4-star standard, and staying here was very unpleasant. Eventually left a day early and switched to another hotel.”
