“At first, I was apprehensive to book given mixed reviews from other guests. However, the price point was significantly lower than other hotels in the area. Took a chance, and I’m glad I did! The hotel is lovely and very convenient to everything we wanted to do in South Beach. The hotel even has a private beach right next to the 1 Hotel (literally across the street). The room was spacious, clean, and bright! The hotel amenities and activities like yoga and movie night were an added plus.……

“Overall, the hotel is good. The room was clean and the service was great. However, the soundproofing needs improvement — you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms and from the street. I also didn’t like how the AC worked. It blows air directly onto the bed, which made it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature. ”

“Very Nice Art Deco Hotel! Very clean rooms and bathroom! Had a Great Stay! Hotel is three separate building. There is two pools one on the roof and one in another build main floor. There is a sundeck on the roof separated from the pool. There’s an open restaurant/bar on the main floor of one building in the middle. The pool that’s on the main floor of a building has a bar near by it. It is extremely nice hotel inside and out. Beautiful orchard and plants everywhere. Art paint on hotel walls.……

“I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at the hotel. First and foremost, the toilet was not properly cleaned, which is a fundamental hygiene issue for any accommodation. Furthermore, the bathroom design was highly impractical. I cannot comprehend why a bathtub was placed in a corner outside the bathroom. This not only felt awkward but also significantly reduced the usable space in the bathroom. Additionally, the sink was too small, leaving inadequate room for our toiletries. The……
