“Our cabin was very beautiful and clean. The hot tub was amazing!! We really enjoyed the peace and quiet. Best of all..we saw a bear!!”

“The property was exactly what we hoped it would be for our family Christmas trip! Clean and cozy, we loved the hot tub and three levels for our grown family, and so close to downtown Gatlinburg. The view from the cabin was amazing - you could see every holiday light below on the streets and the skybridge. We also saw bears several times on the drive up to the cabin!”

“The cabin is absolutely gorgeous. Very well equipped with all amenities in working order and even a few delightful surprises. It's managed by some property mgt company that frankly became quite intrusive leading up to the stay... please work on the comms process...but were quick to respond to my complaint with that and to an inquiry I made while onsite. I would also comment that the directions aren't very clear in the welcome email, and wrong on google maps, due to the cabin being further up the……

“Didn’t provide anything to make coffee, no trash bags to clean up. Only 1 washing pos for the laundry. Cobwebs everywhere as if no one’s been there in months. No salt or pepper or anything to help cook other than pots and pans. Roaches here n there. ”

“Some basic areas need attention. The upstairs shower did not drain and left you standing in water. Unable to use dryer because the off/on knob was broken. One end of the recliner couch was broken, The deck and railing is in need of repair. Could use an overall Spring Cleaning.”
