“Incredible hotel! The staff is amazing. So friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The grounds, rooms, and views are stunning. The sea pool is beyond and the diving boards are so much fun. We brought our 8 month old and they provided a crib, stuffed animal, and adorable backpack. The staff was also very sweet with the baby and offered a high chair at every meal. “Loved it, room was gorgeous, staff very very friendly and helpful and all spoke excellent English. Breakfast was good, pool areas were great. Access to the sea is about a 5min walk and through a neighbouring hotel, Funchal town center is about. 25min walk away. Plenty of restaurants are nearby however. One of the most comfortable hotels I've ever stayed at, would happily revisit”
