“AC doesn't work well at all. room temperature is 77 when turn on the Cold mode in summer. reception said would send a fan to my room, never happened. ask for room service for three times for one thing, failed. until the fourth time! took up a century. when I return to the room after the room cleaning, I saw my socks on the floor next to the trash. the used plates and so on, no one take care of it at all. no one come to collect. the bathroom is flooding when take a shower, u have to mop the floor……

“Room Service非常糟糕 備品第一天就沒有補足 浴巾第二天也沒有整理乾淨 雖然有提供電子客房服務預約而且預約成功後顯示20min就會到達卻一點都不是這麼回事（根本沒有用） ”
