“The Venice was a superb hotel and it improved our experience in Venice greatly. The hotel staff provided great service by helping us arrange water taxis, day trips to Murano and Burano and Gondola trips, all at our convenience and reasonable prices. It is one of the most exquisite hotels within Venice with really good vibes. Some recommendations for improvements including providing more racks or hooks within the room for hanging towels, guide to using the switches as these were some minor issues……

Can walk to everything and everywhere — from St. Mark’s Basilica to the Teatro Phoenicia and Vivaldi’s church we just had a fabulous stay. The room was delightful and elegant; morning breakfast a true delight with lovely a lovely greeting and deliciously prepared food with healthy options — and treats alike!”

“A bit far from St Marco. Check-in process was great and the gentleman was very professional. All perfect except for checking out. I booked a pickup at the hotel and the lady insisted that I walked 10 min away over to the taxi port with heavy luggage to meet the driver there. How could I tell which driver and car? I ended up meeting the driver at the hotel but why did I have to fight for that? ”
