Very friendly, professional, and always went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. They have a dedicated WhatsApp number that allows for very efficient help from the concierge and front desk. ”

“酒店在主岛上，在圣马可广场旁边，酒店后面就是名店，去哪里都方便，有自己的码头，打水的去机场120欧。一楼餐厅是米其林餐厅，早餐在二楼，非常丰盛。房间面积挺大，迷你吧免费，WiFi速度也不错。如果住主岛，这家酒店是不二的选择。”

“The Venice was a superb hotel and it improved our experience in Venice greatly. The hotel staff provided great service by helping us arrange water taxis, day trips to Murano and Burano and Gondola trips, all at our convenience and reasonable prices. It is one of the most exquisite hotels within Venice with really good vibes. Some recommendations for improvements including providing more racks or hooks within the room for hanging towels, guide to using the switches as these were some minor issues……
