“I booked at Residenza d'Epoca Pietra di Ponente and I enjoyed every minute of my stay there. The service they provided me during my stay was above 5 stars. The friendly service makes you feel at home, like family. Irene? Daniela, Leonardo and a new girl (sorry, I forgot her name) at the front desk were superb and all have excellent interpersonal and customer management skills. Melania and Luciana in the kitchen were also excellent in taking care of me every morning... I always had my Americano……

“The Hotel is beautiful and architect designed, We feel like a palace. We had a large room for family and we enjoyed the hotel landscape. Breakfast bufet was very simple and boring for 4 day stay because all days was same. Staff were frindly and kind. Thanks for accomidate us in Rome.”

Gorgeous spacious room- very comfy, clean, great powerful rainfall shower, unnecessarily fancy decorated ceiling! But made it feel like Rome!! Room staff not great at replenishing coffee etc but porter at reception just gave me a jar of coffee & all I needed so couldn’t be more helpful. Antique furniture created style but all freshly……
