“Delightful stay after immediately leaving a well rated hotel with bedbugs. No bedbugs in our room and they had locked mattress protectors. Room was clean. Did have to switch rooms since the A/C wasn't working well but the new room was great! Staff was so accommodating and pleasant to my children. ”

“The soundproofing was poor. I had already paid when I booked online, but I needed to pay a deposit with a credit card when I checked in. However, they actually used my card to deduct the room fee again, which was equivalent to me paying twice.
