“Lovely hotel ”

“Spent 1 night at Colson House. Room 7 (single en-suite - top floor) - it was clean / cosy / the mattress was so comfortable I slept like a baby / was very quiet. I really enjoyed my stay there and will definitely book again ”

“The hotel is well-equipped, refined and comfortable. Convenient location, near the sea. We live in Room 5, with sea view and the environment is quiet. But be careful, you have to take the stairs.”

“We had a lovely stay, the room was clean and very comfortable. The owner allowed us to have a late check in, as we were stuck in traffic on the way down. The breakfast was delicious and we were grateful for the dinner recommendation and parking tips. Thank you.”

“The room was clean, the bed was really comfy, the pillows were plumpcious ( very hard to find in my experience), en suite was clean and shower was a good size. Wonderful experience all round, from the floor fan being on when we arrived to the personal note to enjoy our stay. I love Brighton and will now always check for a room here before anywhere else for any future visits. ”

“Very cozy hotell close to the Lanes and Brighton pier. It took us only a few minutes walk to reach the Lanes. Very friendly staff, clean room/bathroom, and continental breakfast included. You can order full English breakfast if you like, you need to pay extra for this. We arrived by car and parked in a carpark 20 minutes walk away. ”

“Great family run business. Love the Jamaican vibe, unfortunately they didn’t do food on a Monday or Tuesday so didn’t get chance to sample. Bed was extremely comfortable too and good hot water pressure in the bathroom. ”

“The hotel looks very new. Not sure if it’s a new built/ newly refurbished. It’s very modern and the staff there (Brighton) was wonderful and very welcoming during check in & out, luggage storage etc. Such a convenient location as it’s more or less 5 mins walk from the train station. About 15mins walk down to the seaside which is close enough. The room is clean and all essentials kitchenware included if you want to cook during your stay. We didn’t cook as there’s too much great food temptation……
