“The stay was great. The hotel had just opened so some services were limited. The staff was friendly; however, there was a barking dog in the adjacent room most of the morning. But this was not addressed quickly since the front desk didn’t answer the phone deposited many calls. ”

“Would stay again. Loved the condo. The only downside is the cordless vac was not working and there was no broom. Combined with a beach trip this made the cleanliness go away.”

“The location is good , people work there is good but room have bed bugs me and my kids get bit first night. The Room sink is leaking and tv remote is not working i have to do laundry washing everything and buy bed bugs spray our suitcase waste one day do nothing and move our stuff to different room my kids already sleep we have to carry kids to different room is 9:00 pm is exhausted do all the work when we on vacation. ”

“Close to ocean with beautiful view. Building itself was safe, however the walk a block away to parking garage at night was a little sketchy . At checkout time, there was zero luggage carts available and no parking in loading area. Had to park in an alley, and frantically carry bags down by hand to make the check out time . A warning for future people to plan on leaving 2-3 hours early would be helpful. Beach time was great, the umbrella rental was simple. ”

“The office on-site did not manage the room we were in. Different companies seem to own different rooms. On the day we left, the toilet stopped flushing. On our way out I went to the office on-site to inform them, they said that was not their unit, they don't manage it. Not sure how you'd get an issue fixed, thankfully for us the issue happened as we were preparing to leave. The suites are nice. The kitchen is well equipped with cookware and dishware. Having a washer and dryer in the suite……

“This place is always nice we've stay here several times, the parking garage is our number 1 reason for staying here we ride motorcycles. Staff is always friendly and it's clean. ”

“I loved this property! A really cool hotel that has a lovely waterpark with a restaurant and bar in. The only thing in the beginning was the amount of people crowding the elevators during check in/out times. It really isn’t so bad outside of those times. Also my room was supposed to have a bath (because we have three kids) but we had a shower. After being in a car for over ten hours I was ready to call the front desk but my 5 year old told me it was okay and he liked to shower too. It really……
