“飯店很乾淨，健身設備不錯，早餐好吃，床很舒服，唯一的缺點是位置偏遠，從機場帶行李前往不方便，但從飯店到市區有接駁公車，只是班次較少。整體來說是很棒的飯店！”

“我对酒店极其不满并愤怒。酒店擅自将我预定的双人床改为单人床。当我与酒店交涉时，值班人员极其粗暴的与我争吵（这是我的经历里从未遇到过的），强词夺理的说单人床也可以说是双人床。旅馆和床对于缓解一天旅游的疲惫是十分重要的，但整整一夜对于都是大尺码夫妻的我们来说，简直就是磨难，我们几乎一夜没睡。第二天办理退房手续时，（因办理入住和退房手续不是一个人，办理退房的人并不知道头天发生了什么情况）在我们没作任何说明前，前台工作人员根据我们实际居住的房间结帐为单人房的价格。由此说明，我们办理入住手续时工作人员提供的房间不是我们事先预定的双人房。除此以外，网上提供的酒店离中心火车站的位置也有误差。我们从中心火车站坐5站地铁，换乘公交车20多站，关键是问许多路人没人知道这个站名。”

“Hi Wir haben Schatten und Licht in Raum kennengelernt. Wir sind nach Rom gekommen und wurden in die ersten fünf Minuten ausgeraubt uns wurde alles gestohlen von Papiere Geld alles was wir hatten. Das war natürlich die dunkle Seite. Das Licht lernten wir danach kennen als wir Unterkunft gesucht haben nicht weiter konnten und uns ein Taxifahrer gratis Unterkunft gefahren hat weil er gewusst hat was uns passiert ist. Danach geht es weiter mit unsere unterkunfts-chefin die mit uns zur Polizei……

“Hotel was very clean and quiet, the area seemed pretty safe. They have a locking gate for the parking lot, which made it feel more secure at night. The staff was very kind and helpful and went out of their way to communicate with us as we only spoke English, which was very much appreciated. “We traveled by car and this is the best choice for free parking and easy to get to city center by bus. There is kitchen inside and so we can cook our beakfast and enjoy it before our journey in Rome every day. The room is clean and the environment is safe and quiet. The pamphlet they provided is very helpful and staff at front desk are friendly and helpful as well”

“Lovely guest house, very friendly and attentive hosts. Great location, too. About 10 mins walk to Metro, 15 mins from Vatican and half an hour from the Olympic Stadium which is useful if you are attending a match or concert there, as getting away from it at night can be difficult. Would definitely recommend.”
