“Absolutely perfect for what we wanted. Easy to find, car parking on sight and checked in with the friendly and obliging gentleman on reception even though the room wasn't quite ready. Came back to night manager who was frindly and chatty and helped us to a night cap for the room. Room was great, spacious, clean, comfortable beds although we found the room quite hot. “The apartment is best located. It is spacious and clean. Its bed is cosy. Full equipped kitchen. Its staff is friendly. Everything is nice. But some of its hardware failed. The room temperature is controlled by a terribly designed electronic button which does not work easily. With great efforts and over 10 minutes, I slowly moved the cursor from 18.5 degree to 19.8 degree, since each time - if I succeeded in moving the screen’s little man into his box and ordered to move up room……

“Having stayed here previously, i chose this hotel versus others more central to Birmingham. An easy walk from Jewellery Quarter rail station. The room was smart, clean & comfortable. ”

“Property was what we expected. Only niggles I’ve got are: Beds in the second bedroom were a little small, I’m 5’11’’ and was too tall for it. There was a constant sound from what could have been a boiler that did keep me up at night. Host was responsive and polite though. Overall good stay. I’d recommend, but for slightly smaller people who don’t mind constant noise.”
