“The hotel was in a perfect spot for us, two middle age gents over for the weekend playing some golf. Close enough to the old town craziness for a drink and some food but not on your doorstep. It is also in the perfect spot to pick up the main road and get to the courses. We never waited more than 2min for an Uber. The hotel itself was clean and the breakfast buffet served its purpose. “Very nice hotel. We checked in on the day Portgual was hit with the blackout, yet all staff remained calm and friendly. They had a back up generator running which allowed us to check in and get something to eat after a terribly stressful day. Pool and kids area facilities were great and its a 5 minute walk to a huge beach (no facilities there) 2 negatives though: cleaning staff pass by very late in the day 3 - 5pm And while the buffet breakfast is great, the bar and italian restaurant offer……

“I had a delightful few days here on my solo holiday. The hotel facilities are lovely and clean. The gym is really decent for a hotel gym, the free sauna and steam room are a great touch. Breakfast had lots of options. The pool area was so nice and quiet. I loved the local area too, I enjoyed my morning walk along the coastal boardwalk, and the beach is great for watching the sunset. I'd definitely choose this hotel for a quiet relaxing break if you want to avoid the "brits abroad" rowdy crowd in……

“The hotel provided daily cleaning which was nice and unusual to us for a 7-day resort stay. However, we were surprised that the unit didn't provide any tissue paper or paper towel for the kitchen. One single small cutting knife provided in the kitchen can barely cut through an apple. There was neither a dishwasher, nor dish washing liquid, sponge or kitchen towels. So, we had to purchase those basic items from grocery store. The beach was in a walkable distance from the hotel. But I didn't……
