“En la habitación 2417, a menudo escucho el sonido del limpiador de al lado moviendo sillas y camas por la mañana. El sonido es muy fuerte y el piso no está insonorizado, lo que me despierta. Además, el limpiador no lee el Señal de perturbación que pongo en la habitación y entra directamente, es muy ruidosa, nos despierta de nuestros dulces sueños. Los hoteles deben capacitar al personal de limpieza para que sean cuidadosos con las sillas y las camas, no las arrastren violentamente y presten……

“been here for 10 times - love it , lots of improvements but still room for more. 1. Bahia App - cannot order room service on Android, cannot see my past reservations, cannot see other hotels activities (important), stil limeted other options. 2. bars - quality of liquors in all bars went low dramatically - 90% of liquors are local. 3. restaurants - the restaurants menu doesnt change over years, the quality of appetizers and fish as main dish are very good but the quality of meat needs……

“Palma Real staff provided 5-star service and attention, as always. Food quality, presentation and choices were above average. Flora offered Dominican cuisine with creations from Chef Leandro Diaz that were superb. Our oceanfront suite was disappointing; had a very strong Clorox smell (apparently to neutralize the strong humidity in the room). Partially resolved by the hotel staff with remedial countermeasures. Unexpected but turned the page to enjoy a wonderful time in Playa Bavaro. ”
