“En la habitación 2417, a menudo escucho el sonido del limpiador de al lado moviendo sillas y camas por la mañana. El sonido es muy fuerte y el piso no está insonorizado, lo que me despierta. Además, el limpiador no lee el Señal de perturbación que pongo en la habitación y entra directamente, es muy ruidosa, nos despierta de nuestros dulces sueños. Los hoteles deben capacitar al personal de limpieza para que sean cuidadosos con las sillas y las camas, no las arrastren violentamente y presten……

“been here for 10 times - love it , lots of improvements but still room for more. 1. Bahia App - cannot order room service on Android, cannot see my past reservations, cannot see other hotels activities (important), stil limeted other options. 2. bars - quality of liquors in all bars went low dramatically - 90% of liquors are local. 3. restaurants - the restaurants menu doesnt change over years, the quality of appetizers and fish as main dish are very good but the quality of meat needs……

“Donicio from the bar by the theater Angel from the pool Cristopher from the animators made out stay perfect all three gave perfect service they had great aditudes they always wanted us the feel at home Angel the waiter at the adult pool did everything to make us welcomed and donicio from the bar was always on point with drinks never letting us down. Chrsterpher also was great employee, he made us laugh and was always attentive making sure we were ok and were informed about everything and……

“Abbiamo soggiornato 10 giorni io e mio figlio e stata una bella esperienza struttura sicura e pulita personale cordiale solo una pecca forse per me che vengo da una realta culinaria eccellenete e la ristorazione ripetitiva pero se riesci a riservare un tavolo nei vari ristoranti non e male Comunque ritornerei o magari ritornero se ne avro l'opportunita Grazie a tutti”
