“The LIRR noise can be heard in my room on the 4th Floor. The elevator shakes terribly every time after starting. It's good that they provide a Nespresso coffee maker and bottle water. The front desks were frieendly and helpful.”

“Just loved the old brownstone vibe. Many parts of our apt. were original. The decor made it very homey and even a bit European. An old claw foot tub. Out the back window was a small view of the backyard garden that was very picturesque. It was writhing walking distance to small markets, deli’s, subways and bars (even on that had live music every night). My granddaughter and I both loved it.”
