The reason we keep returning is the convenience of walking down the beach to the dive shop, having a full size kitchen and individual bedrooms for everyone. There are no amenities to speak of. No restaurant, no bar, no spa, the beach chairs have seen better days but so has the beach. The sea grass is nothing Grand Colony can help but it does make the ocean unswimable. “The apartment was amazing, had everything we needed. Towards the end of our stay we were getting the bands from a hurricane which cause some leaking in our roof, they immediately moved us and upgraded us. We will be back. The grounds are beautiful, the staff is friendly, the rooms are great. Highly recommend”

“This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. Since the 1st time the new owners have added the Nauti Crab Bar. We enjoyed the activities and music at the bar. The food was also very good. The staff was very accommodating to our needs. We liked having the full kitchen to be able make some of our own meals. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Spacious rooms, well kept property, nice big pool and beautiful dock. Attentive and helpful staff, specially the check-in/concierge ladies. There is no restaurant on site, but complimentary coffee supplies were provided, as well as plenty of drinkable water. You can also order food to your room from a close by resort, or walk along side the beach and eat there and enjoy the beautiful setting there. “This property was fantastic! This unit was perfect for us and loved being able to walk right out onto the pool. Pool has a swim up bar that was staffed by Someplace South Cafe Bar which is right up the road and a great place to eat. Fully stocked kitchen was nice to be able to cook some meals ourselves. The on-site property management is top notch and willing to assist with whatever your needs may be. We would definitely stay here again in the future. The only downside to this place(for us)……
