“My husband and I walked from the water taxi to the Great House Inn - hot but less than 8 minutes (with our luggage), so appreciated the location. “This was a great hotel in Caye Caulker. The staff was attentive and very friendly. The property itself is clean and in a perfect location. The only downside is this side of the island is covered in sargassum so you can’t enjoy the water across the street. Don’t let that deter you from choosing this hotel though. There are more than enough places to go to enjoy all the beautiful water that Belize has to offer. We highly recommend staying here as we are already planning our next stay. ”
