“House was very clean, very spacious, and the location was great! Would definitely stay here again!!”

“My family had a wonderful time here. We felt the warm welcome as soon as we came in. We enjoyed the Holiday Welcome package and made the hot chocolate right away to enjoy with the girls. The lockbox was simple to use. The large home had plenty of room to spread out as well as large gathering area. The game room was a fun place to hang out as well. We are very grateful to have a had a such a great place to enjoy our Christmas with family this year. Thank you. ”

“The house was more than expected and we expected the best! The manager was excellent. The house is very clean, has clean linens, well maintained house. The pool was excellent to come back to after a long day at Disney. We HIGHLY recommend this property for anybody! Very Budget Friendly as well!”

“The home was clean and big enough for the 8 of us. The pool was warm (paid for the pool to be heated) and relaxing. You are close to other homes but it's to be expected in the city. Disney World was a short drive, unless the traffic was backed up. Most of the time it was about 15 minutes. Twice it took over 30 due to accidents, but that's not the home's fault. I would stay here again!”

“The plane was very nice. My only complaint was not being able to use the hot tub when the pump drains”

"They do not provide housekeeping and other services besides check in and check out. If you try to call them on the phone, it most likely asks you to leave a voicemail which is full. Some of the staff have a terrible attitude. Also, if you are looking at the shuttles they provide to Disney and Universal, the times their shuttle runs are mostly inconvenient, so make sure you ask about this before booking with them. "

"I stay 2 night last weekend Today I found out my credit card be charged 535 usd, I called to the hotel, they told me because my room's TV damage, so they charge me money for that But I “don’t”even touch the tv at all when I stay there 2 night, this is crazy just charge me for no reason, and I called the hotel , all they do just told me they are sorry for that. Said because they found out TV damage after I check out But the fact is I never touch the TV at all , it’s sad that just assume me and charge me for the thing I don’t even use , I Stay at many 5 star hotel, never stay at a hotel like this , I'm very disappointed Wish they would investigate who make the Tv damage , and send my money back ,also everyone should be careful what you stay , because if even 5 star hotel would do this.imagine the price they make you to pay is even more than 535 usd…. This is so crazy"
