“Love the chill vibe in this hotel compared to what the craziness of Benidorm can bring . Another pleasant stay and would definitely recommend and come back to if in the area again . Saying that it does look a little more tired since we last visited two years ago, some of the rooms need refreshing and one of the rooms we booked had the patio doors all cracked ( which they changed rooms instantly, but they didn’t seem shocked to know either ) . ”

“Great hotel. Lovely pool. Food really good. The fried eggs were the best hotel eggs I've had. Bar in the evening is good. Claudia is so friendly and bubbly and always smiling which was great as I was solo. Rooms good and modern. Cleaning was very good.”

“All servigroup hotels are of a high service and work to a formular that works well, this hotel is no different but please be aware it is right opposite a bar called morgans which is one of the busiest along the famous benidorm strip ! So the noise at night is constant, people shouting and laughing as they come out up to 5am! If your light sleeper its definitely not for you!!! But if you want handy to all the bars and clubs its fabulous, thank you calypso im going home for a rest xx”

“Great location if you need to be close to the British drinking area of Benidorm. Large room with all the kitchen facilities we needed. Big pool and plenty of sunbeds. Sound-proofing in room wasn't the best - could hear noise from other guests walking past and using their rooms. Not a fan of having to pay a large deposit as soon as we arrived to cover the cost of any breakages etc during our stay, but it was refunded with no problems after we left. Property is more suited to the younger……

“Very comfortable for a short winter break. Jacuzzi Sea view rooms excellent. Plenty of variety in the buffet dining room and evening entertainment was entertaining! Perfect location for the old town.”
