“We stayed in Executive Super King room. We had a very spacious comfortble bed, sofa, tea/coffee making facilities. Separate shower/toilet with toiletries. I did not notice if there was a safe in the room. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was perfect and lovely presentation. We had to fill a Form for breakfast the night before which is fine as there would be no food wastage. My only concern was they held £50 which did not clear my account until after 4 day. The room temperature is controlled by a terribly designed electronic button which does not work easily. With great efforts and over 10 minutes, I slowly moved the cursor from 18.5 degree to 19.8 degree, since each time - if I succeeded in moving the screen’s little man into his box and ordered to move up room……
