“The service and condition of the hotel are very good. Except there was black stain (looks like mold stain) and yellow dots on the towel. It is totally unacceptable in such a high ranking hotel. ”

“当天到达费尽了周折。车辆不能开到酒店门口。需要在别的地方，运送行李大概走路五分钟到达大堂。房子感觉没有一般的酒店公寓那么大。房子位置很好。早餐就是中规中矩的欧式早餐。总体感觉还行吧。不是优秀。”

“No parking and drop off area . When I drop off my luggage and check in with 15mins then I got the tickets ”

“all good, price is good, location is good, only one thing is the car park need to walk about 4 mins, and everything is perfect. ”

“The apartment is best located. It is spacious and clean. Its bed is cosy. Full equipped kitchen. Its staff is friendly. Everything is nice. But some of its hardware failed. The room temperature is controlled by a terribly designed electronic button which does not work easily. With great efforts and over 10 minutes, I slowly moved the cursor from 18.5 degree to 19.8 degree, since each time - if I succeeded in moving the screen’s little man into his box and ordered to move up room……

“Heater/ventiliation extremey drying. I had a hard time falling asleep because my eyes and noise got very dry during the night ”

“Property was what we expected. Only niggles I’ve got are: Beds in the second bedroom were a little small, I’m 5’11’’ and was too tall for it. There was a constant sound from what could have been a boiler that did keep me up at night. Host was responsive and polite though. Overall good stay. I’d recommend, but for slightly smaller people who don’t mind constant noise.”

“This is a larger-sized house hotel, I arrived late but the host was staying up and then was invited into the house, was made a coffee and shown to the room. Many steps have been taken to make the place operate as a hotel, I stayed a few nights and felt I would be welcomed back.”

“Convenient and comfortable, this Mercure was a good stop over for my trip to the nearby Hawthorns. It is not in the first flush of vitality and it is probably time for some rejuvenating paint and attention to detail but it certainly met my needs and I will gladly stay again if I return to West Bromwich. The car park is a great size, the breakfast over priced and the staff very friendly and helpful. ”
