“Lovely friendly and relaxed hotel”

“Room was very comfortable, staff are friendly, foods is excellent. But, it needs improvement in car park facilities, an additional staff for parking may be better at peak season.”

“Idyllic spot in Hope Cove. Room needs a bit of TLC - walls were dirty and in need of repainting in places, window latches were broken,some cushions on the beds were stained, breakfast was cold on our second morning - but overall we loved our stay. The staff were all helpful and friendly, Parking was easy enough at a cost of £10 for 24 hours. It’s a pub so expect noise in the evenings until late. The rooms were well equipped and no problem to ask for anything extra if needed. It’s such a……

“Very friendly staff who made us most welcome. The meals were excellent. particularly breakfast. The bar was kept open, at our request, on Sunday evening so we could meet the family of the deceased before the funeral. A very important and emotional gathering of old friends.”

“If you’re looking for a place to stay in this area I would recommend The Ring O’Bells. The staff were excellent, friendly, helpful and welcoming. The rooms are clean, comfortable and equipped with the things you need for a stay. Had a good night’s sleep, lovely to wake up feeling refreshed. Rooms are up some metal stairs, no problem for us but be aware if you struggle with steps. Breakfast was excellent. Recommend the Eggs Benedict! I would definitely book here again if I was in the area. ”

“It was only a short break but we found the staff very friendly and nothing was to much trouble and the owners Alex and Myles were also very pleasant and also nothing was to much trouble the food was exceptional that the chef prepared would definitely return ”

“Lovely setting and views from the hotel public areas and our room. Quiet and peaceful. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Room spacious , clean and comfortable. Breakfast was self serve offering a good choice of hot & continental. Swimming pool was closed whilst we were there unfortunately but hot tub jacuzzi and sauna were open and available along with other Spa facilities. Would definitely stay again.”

“The Inn was comfortable and there's a car park nearby. There's a pub at the ground floor and another one opposite the inn. A supermarket is about 100-200 feet away so it's quite convenient. You can reach southern Devon's costal attraction within an hour's (by car). A natural reserve is also very close.”
