“Only stayed for one night for a last minute weekend away, didn't need or expect much, usually stay in branded hotels but they get boring so went for something different. This studio was lovely. Huge bed, Amazing shower! Didn't need to use it but there's a full kitchen, fridge freezer, oven, everything you'd need. “Check-in was very simple, the property very clean and the host very helpful over the phone. “We were visiting the area for the Lytham Festival. Firstly, the location was excellent, as all the Lytham hotels were fully booked. Reception staff were helpful and were available 24 hours. The room was comfortable with all we needed. Bathroom and shower were great. Not massive but more than adequate. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options, cooked or continental.
