“The service and condition of the hotel are very good. Except there was black stain (looks like mold stain) and yellow dots on the towel. It is totally unacceptable in such a high ranking hotel. ”

“預訂了兩間房間，但第一位台前服務員只能安排兩間不同樓層的房間，經過要求下由另一位台前服務員才可安排兩間房間在同一樓層。 間房廁所漏水，部分房間燈未能運作。”

“The apartment is best located. It is spacious and clean. Its bed is cosy. Full equipped kitchen. Its staff is friendly. Everything is nice. But some of its hardware failed. The room temperature is controlled by a terribly designed electronic button which does not work easily. With great efforts and over 10 minutes, I slowly moved the cursor from 18.5 degree to 19.8 degree, since each time - if I succeeded in moving the screen’s little man into his box and ordered to move up room……

It is not in the first flush of vitality and it is probably time for some rejuvenating paint and attention to detail but it certainly met my needs and I will gladly stay again if I return to West Bromwich. The car park is a great size, the breakfast over priced and the staff very friendly and helpful. ”
