“I think a lot of people has reviewed on this. But I can only said air conditioning system issue need to be fix. Otherwise it is hard for other customer wants to stay. It is summer time and the air conditioning system not work. All you got is a fan will only have little help. Can you imagine stay in the room with 27C? And there is not compensation. Charging almost 100 pound per night, and it is the sleep environment we got.”

“Room was large and views lovely as had a seafront room. Breakfast was very good, cooked fresh and plenty of it. Lady serving was lovely. Room dated but clean, bathroom TINY! Biggest issue was the hotel staying it has parking. This actually equates to 5 spaces which the staff use. Anyone arriving in the summer, or with mobility issues could find themselves unable to park ”

“The Crown is an old hotel right on the main street of Long Melford. The menu looked great but we ended up eating at The Bull Pub across the street be ause it was less expensive. The room was clean. The en-suite bathroom was up a couple of steps from the bedroom. There was a very heavy double door at the top of the stairs whiywas tricky with luggage. The staff very fryand helpful. Lovely breakfast.”
