“Room was clean. Nice bedding, comfy bed. Great shower. Very helpful lady on reception, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.”

“We had a good stay at the property, staff was very friendly and helpful, bed was huge and very comfortable, comfy pillows too, nice specious room which was tad dated but was clean enough not to spoil our stay. Good pub attached to the hotel, great that it had little play area to keep little ones happy and on the day we arrived there was a bouncy castle which was huge bonus. I would have been happier if breakfast was a bit better. There wasn't a huge choice for the continental breakfast and had……

“My sister and I had a lovely stay here. Loads of parking and a lovely gentleman who worked there helped us find our room. He was really helpful, recommended good places to eat and answered any questions we had. The room was clean and comfortable with beautiful gardens outside. Really enjoyed our stay, thank you for having us :)”

“雙人房房間很大，樓底高，有簡約廚房，最欣賞是浴室內的花灑，有三個出水位 (固定花灑 / 手握花灑 / 水龍頭)，水龍頭約一米高，十分適合本人洗頭。但房間清潔非每天做，住了兩個晚上，垃圾沒清理，廁紙沒補充，是一敗筆。可是仍值得推薦。”

“Situated next to A38 it is a very easy access hotel for a night if you are travelling to the Midlands. The room we had was spacious and comfy!”

“Owners and staff were welcoming and the room was spacious, full facilities, warm. Approx 9 miles from Buxton, a rural but convenient for access. Adjacent to a main road, but no disturbances for sleep with the rooms to the rear of the pub. Enjoyed the well presented food. Lovely fish & chips. Slight issue over lasagne, quickly remedied/replaced. Excellent cooked breakfast. Good quality ingredients. Very good value, would recommend and probably return if in area again.”
