“My wife and i had a 5 night break here in the dog friendly room 2. The weather was excellent which did mean we could get the most out of the area. The room was perfectly clean and modern and enough space even with a dog crate. The room is not serviced but you can ask for items (milk etc) when needed. Staff were all very nice and helpful. We ate in for 3 nights and all the meals were perfect. We had the full English (and meat free option) every day. It was so good and plentiful that we barely……

“Russel and Nicky made us feel very welcome and at home , the breakfast are amazing and worth a revisit alone ! The room was clean and tidy , the en-suite was spacious and the views from our windows over the river were great . We had bedroom 3 and the river runs directly outside and the sounds and views of the river are very relaxing . We would highly recommend to anyone wanting a lovely quiet peaceful break with lovely walks right on your doorstep.. we will be back for sure ”

“A great welcome, very friendly, lovely, comfy, spacious room. Mouth watering meals and great choice of drinks. Although we had a lovely Valentine meal, we were in the public bar, next to the bar which was a bit noisy, table in the restaurant would have been preferred for a bit more privacy. “We had an amazing 2 night stay in Lynton and couldn’t have picked a better guesthouse . Drew and Penny are fantastic hosts and clearly care about keeping guests happy , they have a great knowledge of the local area and nothing was too much trouble The house interior looks fantastic and is a credit to their hard work renovating the property .
