“We came in for the weekend for our grand daughter’s softball tournament. The house was perfect for us. Relaxing and welcoming. The welcome snack basket was a special touch. It truly had to be one of the cleanest homes we’ve ever rented. Exactly as advertised. Marc was excellent to communicate with. Check in and out was so easy. The neighborhood is a busy one but friendly. Felt very safe there. I highly recommend this house. ”

"They do not provide housekeeping and other services besides check in and check out. If you try to call them on the phone, it most likely asks you to leave a voicemail which is full. Some of the staff have a terrible attitude. Also, if you are looking at the shuttles they provide to Disney and Universal, the times their shuttle runs are mostly inconvenient, so make sure you ask about this before booking with them. "
