“We had a wonderful time and both the host and home were outstanding. We stay a lot in Florida and this has been the best place we have stayed. The layout gives you plenty of space inside and outside by the pool. We’ll definitely book this vacation home again!”

And then we notice cockroaches under the refrigerator. I ask management to find us a different house……
