“The Malcolm has become my favourite hotel to stay in Canmore. The amenities are superb.. hot tub..fire pit & pool. I’ve enjoyed many first class meals at the Stirling where lovely Jessica has been my hostess. I chose a Malcolm Royal King room overlooking the Mount Lady Macdonald & Policeman’s Creek from the top floor this time, much quieter than the pool view. My room was spacious and comfy. “Well, our family planned a trip to Banff National park, the third largest park in the world. We booked the hotel for six nights. When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist was quite nice, she helped us check in. When I had some questions regarding my rental car deals, she and another staff also helped me a lot. “Only one bad point: next to train rail, noisy when train pass by. Do not book this from expedia. I found that it is a discounted offer with no ensure car park lots and a next to road side room after i booked from expedia. Lucky that basecamp can arrange a parking lot for me and next time i will book them directly from their website. “Had a great “apartment size suite” for an amazing price. Including full kitchen with island, separate living/bedroom and even laundry and an outdoor coveted deck with bbq. Amazing value. Used the spa as well which was fantastic! Definitely recommend it!”
