“This cute little carriage house was built into the passageway behind the main house and the barn. It comfortably fit our party of 3 adults with a nice size kitchen, a single bathroom, and spacious seating areas both inside and out. Our flight was delayed, and when we arrived, there was yogurt and fruit in the fridge waiting for us. There is a stand selling ice cream, burgers, and lobster rolls within walking distance, and the Cape Elizabeth beach is a short drive away. Lovely stay!”

“Brian was very welcoming, great to work with and very available. I would have loved to see the property in bloom. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the morning light. Our only challenge was not quiet enough lighting in the kitchen area. ”

“From start to finish regarding our mini vacation Liz was onboard and available 24/7!! Sincerely mean that….great response time to any questions which is important when you are the one responsible planning every detail. The house was beautiful and easily accommodated our group of five. Such an easy drive to Portland where we took a pottery class, shopped and had some wonderful dining experiences. I would love to come back to this house and experience it in the summer. “Our stay was memorable and so enjoyable. There were 5 of us, 4 adults and 1 child. The location is in a nice little neighborhood, only steps from Crescent Beach. We could sit on our deck and see the ocean and sleep by the sounds of the waves. This property has so much to offer with three bedrooms, one of which is downstairs for this older stair challenged lady. It has three parking spots and a lovely fenced yard for the kids to play in. The cottage was very clean and the owner has it stocked……

“The stay started with no towels, a broken bed that the frame was held up by. 2x4. The twin bed frame was totally unsteady and also fell apart- so one child and two adults sleeping on mattress on the floor! The deck was unsafe- bathroom door difficult to open. So terribly disappointed!”
