“Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!! Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good and the restaurant Nectar is good. Other restaurant is not worth it. “The property was in a very nice location. The staff was mostly very kind and serviceable. There was one pool bar waiter who said, "I don't get paid enough to serve when it is raining." On a couple of days, the elevator was not working properly. It would constantly skip the 9th floor. In order to get it to come up, I had to press both the up and down buttons. Other than those two issues, a great time was had. The housekeeping staff was exceptional. Kimberly at the pool bar is a rockstar.”

“The property on the adults only side was very nice. It’s a quiet vibe with lots of places to relax and soak up the sun. Food was good, I felt there were plenty of options between the adult and family side of the resort. Things to be aware of, make reservations for all your dining immediately. They fill up fast and you need to plan for this. Be prepared to be annoyed by the amount of solicitation from vendors. “I stayed at two hotels in Aruba this time, and I really like the service and environment of this hotel. The staff are very friendly and I love it. “Beautiful resort with better snorkeling than a lot of the beaches and boat tours we went on! Food was great in the order of Salty Iguana > Z gastro lounge > C spice. Staff was warm, welcoming, hard working, and always ready with a smile. Recommend 100%!”
