“此行在義大利四個城市住過最好的飯店、價格也十分合理！ 首先位置很好，離火車站與聖母百花教堂都很近，再者飯店本身規劃的很好很精緻，除了大廳有華麗的佈置與鐘錶蒐集展示外，每個房間都有各自的名字跟典故。房間裝潢很典雅、空間充足、浴室也很大，甚至還可以設定房間裡的背景輕音樂。 早餐在飯店頂樓可以看到聖母大殿的餐廳，選擇豐富而美味，咖啡也準備的很好！（比一般飯店的好喝） 非常推薦來佛羅倫斯的旅客選擇這間飯店！”

“Reception little bit rude, have to improve customer service and smiles are lacking. Should learn more how to smile with all customers would be good. Room air conditioning not enough. Not enough water pressure in shower room.”

“似賓館，没有電梯，要攞行李上2層樓梯到接待處，然後轉彎，上上落落多級松才到房間，房間非常簡陋，沒有熱水煲提供，早餐更可怕，款式極少。”

“Good location: The hotel is conveniently located and within walking distance to Santa Maria Novell station and the city. Cleanliness is ok. Only a small shower area in our room. Even though we closed the shower doors tightly, water still leaked out every time we used the shower - that was disappointing!!! The interior design of the hotel is unique, may not be everyone's taste though. Buffet breakfast was unsatisfactory - very few choices and of inferior quality. No coffee machine, guests……

“The hotel offers free parking. In a 3-minute drive, Piazzale Michelangelo can be reached. The room is quiet, clean and large. The fee snacks and drinks in the happy hours added marks to the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The down side is that, not only this hotel but in the most part of Italy, the existence of mosquitos. Luckily, there are electrical mosquito propellant offered in the room. ”

“Front desk Elia was very friendly helpful, gave us dining tip and hot water boiler. Famous restaurant ZaZa is right in front of the hotel. Very convenient location. The hotel room is very small. 3rd floor u still need to climb about 10 steps which was very tough if u have big luggage. Breakfast is great and it's included which is a big plus for the stay. Door man is also very helpful too. They asked us to sign a waiver of our contact info for receiving info right at the counter and it's in……
