“I stayed in the hotel with my family during Thanksgiving. It was wonderful. The hotel is clearly a nice choice! The rooms are not big, but nice and clean and cozy. The location is unbeatable. You can walk to Indepdence Hall, China Town, Macy's, the City Hall. Everything is closeby. And you can easily have a nice breakfast or lunch at Reading Terminal Market. Definitely recommend the hotel. I hope to have the chance of visiting Philly again and will definitely choose the hotel again. ”

There was a confusion with the type of room reserved, but the staff saw to it that we were upgraded to a suite-level room and were very conscientious of making sure we were pleased with our stay. “The ladies on the desk were very welcoming and helpful. When I requested my maid service (once per week) with a young man at the desk, it was arranged immediately and done by the time I returned from lunch, so very efficient! The pool area is lovely, as is the communal lounge. I had a corner unit & it was great! The only thing is the noise- no bars or clubs but a lot of sirens/people yelling can be heard, so bring earplugs! And the dryer seemed to take an ling time. Other than that it’s well……
